Data: if you e-mail us, your name, e-mail address, message and attachments; server logs of our hosting provider (IP address, browser information, time of visit); on some pages your IP address reaches third-party providers of fonts and icons (Google Fonts, jsDelivr). We do not use cookies and we do not store any preference in your browser.
3. Purposes: answering your requests, keeping the site secure, meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), Art. 5/2-c where pre-contract talks are involved, Art. 5/2-ç for server logs.
5. Recipients: our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) and our e-mail provider Google act on our behalf; as a result your data is transferred abroad in line with KVKK Art. 9; we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
6. Retention: correspondence …… months after the last exchange; server logs as set by the hosting provider; afterwards deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (Art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed and request information; to learn the purpose and recipients; to request correction, deletion or destruction; to object to a result against you from solely automated analysis; to claim compensation for unlawful processing.
8. How to apply: write to info@morfos.ai with details that verify your identity; we answer within thirty days; you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
